Wedding cakes are the most personal and special cakes that you are likely to have and should reflect the character of the bride and groom, whether this is through a traditional design or a more modern, or novelty approach.  I have an extensive range of design sources for you to browse, but I would encourage every couple to customise their cake to suit their own wedding.

Cakes can be provided in a variety of flavours including traditional fruit and sponge. The following gives an idea of some of the flavours that you might want to consider:

Chocolate

Coffee and Walnut

Lemon

Carrot

Cherry

Coconut

Almond

 

If you wish, a mixture of flavours can be used to cater for everyone.  Cakes are filled with a filling to complement the sponge, usually buttercream and jam, and will be covered with sugarpaste and, if desired, marzipan.

If you have any special dietary requirements such as eggless sponge, vegetarian or vegan, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that any cakes would be suitable for those with severe allergies such as nut allergies.
